Frequently asked questions
Which Office version do I need?
Office 2019 or Microsoft 365 on Windows. The app works directly with the Word, Excel and PowerPoint installed on your PC.
Does it work on a Mac?
Not yet. The app runs on Windows only, because it drives Office for Windows, like the real test environment.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, to log in and start an exam. If sending a result fails, the app keeps it and sends it again once you are back online.
How is my score calculated?
The app reads the document you worked on and grades each task against the answer. Scores are out of 1000 and 700 is a pass, like the MOS exam.
Are the exams the same as the real test?
They follow the format and skill groups of the MOS 2019/365 exams. They are practice exams, not official test content.
How do I pay?
Online payment is being finished and will come with the full release: QR bank transfer, e-wallets and cards.
Are there solution videos?
Not yet. Practice mode has a hint for every task; videos will come later.
